At folks & clans, satisfaction is prioritized. If a product arrives damaged or does not match the description, all return shipping costs, including any customs fees, will be covered. If a customer changes their mind, a return can still be made within 14 days, though the return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. A refund for the purchase price, excluding the initial shipping costs, will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
