Pricing policy

Prices shown on the Site are in Euro.

From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes, markdowns and other commercial factors. The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time your order is accepted.

How can I order?

You can order safely either via our website, over the phone, WhatsApp or in person at our showroom based in Marrakech. We accept PayPal, Money Transfer and credit card payment. At first you have to chose your rug and take contact with us via email or WhatsApp.

When will I get my order?

We process orders within 2-3 business days, then we ship them to you via DHL, fedex or DPD. On the whole, standard shipping takes 7-10 business days. As soon as the money has been received in our bank account, the order will be shipped to you.

Can I track my order status?

As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive a message stating your tracking number. You can check the status of your order via the link provided.

Do you ship internationally?

Can you customize a carpet to the size I need?

Yes, we can reduce the length or width, depending on the style and pattern.
